What Happens After You Book

Once your quinceañera is officially booked, the next steps are simple and guided so you always know what comes next.

  • After booking, one of the first major steps is waiting for the dress to arrive. We like to begin planning once you have a better idea of the gown, since it helps us build the overall look and feel of the session.

  • Once you have the date your dress will be ready, we’ll schedule a virtual call. During this call, we’ll talk through locations, style, theme, and the overall vision for the portrait session. This is where we begin building the concept for your quince photos.

  • After the call, we finalize the creative direction for the session based on your dress, your style, and the type of images you want. We want everything to feel intentional, beautiful, and true to your vision.

  • Once the concept is in place, we move into the photo session. This is where everything comes together and we create the portraits that will help tell the story of your quinceañera.

  • After your session, your portraits will be placed into a Pixieset gallery for review. From there, you will select your favorite images by hearting them directly in the gallery. This allows you to choose the portraits you love most before final editing begins.

  • Once your selections are submitted, we begin the final retouching process. Each chosen image is carefully refined with our signature editing approach to ensure a polished and beautiful final collection.

  • Your finished images are typically delivered within 1 to 2 weeks after your selections have been made. This gives your family time to prepare for prints, displays, and any portrait details leading into the event.

  • Approximately 3 weeks before the quinceañera, we schedule a final call to review the event-day details. During this conversation, we go over the timeline, important moments, family coordination, and who will be present on the event day. If your collection is being covered by my studio team rather than by me personally, this is also when we clearly confirm who will be there.

  • By this stage, the portrait process has been completed, the details have been reviewed, and everything is in place for a smooth and beautiful celebration.
