Utah, Idaho & Wyoming We serve families throughout Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. Idaho and Wyoming bookings have a $400 flat travel fee, separate from the selected services. Permits, admission, parking, venue fees, and other location costs remain separate unless included in your written agreement.
Team coverage policy
The Once Upon a Quince standard, at every celebration. All 2027 packages are fulfilled by trained members of the Once Upon a Quince creative team. Once Upon a Quince assigns the photographer and videographer based on availability, experience, and the needs of the event. A specific team member is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Coverage hours are continuous. Additional hours, travel, permits, venue fees, and optional products are charged separately.
