No. We review your date, package, and team availability first. Your date is reserved only after the required retainer is received and we confirm the reservation in writing.

The standard retainer is 30% of your selected services. It is applied to your total and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event unless your personalized agreement states otherwise.

Yes. After your date is approved, you will receive a secure payment link with your agreement and booking instructions.

No. Package prices are listed before applicable tax. Travel, permits, venue fees, additional hours, and optional products are quoted separately.

All collections are fulfilled by trained Once Upon a Quince team members. We assign the photographer and videographer based on availability, experience, and the event’s needs.

Complete and Total offer a limited-availability Michael Rodriguez event-day upgrade. Michael replaces the assigned event-day photographer; the pre-session and videography remain team-assigned. Written confirmation is required.

Signature is the most involved experience and requires Michael’s availability. We verify that availability before accepting the retainer.

Yes. Coverage begins at the agreed start time and continues without gaps for the number of hours included in the collection.

Complete includes 15 edited pre-session photographs, Total includes 25, and Signature includes 30. Signature also includes 10 edited Save-the-Date photographs.

Yes. Every collection includes a 3–5 minute cinematic highlight and a full-length event film.

Yes. Two-week priority delivery is available for $300 plus tax and covers the final digital gallery and films within 14 calendar days. Physical albums and prints are not included in that turnaround.

No. Raw or unedited files are not included. Your package includes professionally selected and edited final work.

One reasonable revision is included for the delivered film. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed creative scope may be quoted separately.

The client is responsible for permits, admission, parking, and venue fees unless they are specifically included in the written agreement.

Contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to team availability and the terms of your personalized agreement. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may carry additional obligations.
