Statewide coverage
We serve all of Wyoming, including Cheyenne, Casper, Laramie, Rock Springs, and Jackson. Share the exact celebration and portrait locations so we can review the schedule, travel, and available team for your date.
We serve families throughout Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. Idaho and Wyoming bookings have a $400 flat travel fee, separate from the selected services. Permits, admission, parking, venue fees, and other location costs remain separate unless included in your written agreement.
If she loves a ranch or open-air setting, plan portraits with the property’s permission and ask which areas are appropriate for photography. Consider dress movement, comfortable footwear between photographs, a sheltered space, and an indoor alternative. Any portraits with animals should follow the owner’s handling instructions.
When portraits, the ceremony, and reception are at different addresses, include each location and its access time in your inquiry. Leave space in the timeline for travel and family groups. A clear schedule helps the team focus on the moments instead of rushing between places.
Tell us whether you want a standalone portrait session or portraits plus event-day photography and video. If you need photographs for invitations or displays, work backward from that deadline when choosing a session date. Photo galleries and films have a standard delivery time of 2–3 weeks; physical products have their own timeline.
