Reservation
Submitting a request does not hold a date. A celebration is reserved only after the required retainer is received and Once Upon a Quince confirms the reservation in writing.

This overview explains our main policies in plain language. Your personalized agreement contains the final terms for your celebration.
Payments
The standard retainer is 30% and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event unless the personalized agreement states otherwise. Applicable tax is added to all prices.
Team coverage
Once Upon a Quince assigns trained photographers and videographers based on availability, experience, and the needs of the event. A specific team member is guaranteed only when confirmed in writing.
Michael Rodriguez coverage
Complete and Total may add Michael as the primary event-day photographer for the listed upgrade price, subject to availability. Signature requires Michael’s availability. His participation is confirmed in writing.
Coverage time
Coverage hours are continuous and begin at the time listed in the agreement. Delays outside the team’s control do not automatically extend coverage. Additional time must be approved and paid separately.
Locations and travel
Travel, permits, admission, parking, venue fees, and other location costs are separate unless the agreement says they are included.
Creative work
Once Upon a Quince selects and edits the final photographs and films in its established style. Raw photographs, raw video, and unedited files are not included. One reasonable film revision is included; additional work may be quoted separately.
Priority delivery
Two-week priority delivery is available for $300 plus tax. It covers the final digital photo gallery and films within 14 calendar days when required client information is provided on time. Physical albums, prints, shipping, and revision time are not included in that turnaround.
Changes and cancellations
Rescheduling and cancellation terms are stated in the personalized agreement. Contact us as early as possible; requests made within 48 hours of a scheduled service may create additional payment obligations.
