Each quinceañera participates individually while sharing a private, professionally produced destination experience with a small, select group.

General Experience Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome
Arrival in Florida, hotel check-in, and welcome orientation. Styling preparation and light content capture.
Day 2 – Signature Photo Sessions
Professional hair and makeup followed by the flying dress beach session (morning), afternoon the main location photoshoot and Full photography and videography coverage.
Day 3 – Celebration Day
Disney theme park experience gifted to each quinceañera. No photography coverage—this day is for fun and memories.
Day 4 – Departure
Check-out and departure.

Experience Timing: The Experience 2026 is scheduled to take place in December 2026. Exact dates will be confirmed after participant acceptance.
Flights Not Included: Airfare and flights are not included in this package. Each family is responsible for booking and covering their own flights.
Itinerary Changes: The itinerary, locations, schedule, and sequence of events are subject to change due to weather conditions, venue availability, travel logistics, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Substitutions: Once Upon a Quince / OUAQ Studios reserves the right to substitute locations, schedules, or experiences with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.
Participation & Acceptance: This experience is limited to three participants and is subject to application review and acceptance. Purchase does not guarantee participation without acceptance confirmation.
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made toward The Experience 2026 are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Media Usage: By participating, clients grant permission for select images and video to be used for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
